I'm a stand-up comic when I'm not working a shitty temp job to help pay the bills (I hope none of my shitty temp jobs are reading this. If you are, I didn't mean it.....I only said it to fit in).A fun fact about me is that bad tempers run on my Mom's side of the family. As a result, sometimes I get mad. That doesn't mean I don't love you; in fact it probably means that I do. Love you. Wow.....I think I've really sold myself in this here description. I now expect good things to happen.

Music:

Nine Inch Nails, Saul Williams, Billy Bragg, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Beethoven (all the hits), Tom Waits, and the Circus Contraption band (check them out, they're local.....if you're in Seattle). Most importantly "Bombs into You" (they're one of my friends. In all reality he's my brother but he rocks all the same......he's the cool one in my family).

Movies:

The Office (british version), Weird Weekends w/ Louis Theroux (it's british, too), Arrested Development, Twin Peaks, Carnivale, Six Feet Under, Mr. Show. Yes, you're right. All of my favorite TV shows are no longer on the air. That's because I have better taste than the general public.

Books:

Non-fiction: The Beauty Myth, Bachelor Girl, Fast Food Nation, Nickeled & Dimed, anything by Howard Zinn. Fiction: Goblin Market, Geek Love, Kindred, Reservation Blues. Oh, and I love Dorothy Parker. She would be one of my heroes if I had any.
