Deep Wood, Shallow Grave

About Me

Abandoning all aesthetic clichés and fashionable trends which are currently flooding the so-called metal ‘scene', Denounce aim their focus purely on creating their own brand of unrelenting, energy-driven mayhem.
Comprising of a six-string riff-laden offensive by Dayve Irving and Jamie Turton, the penetrative vocals of Greg Cole, with backup from the gut-churning thunder of bassist Leon Murray and skin-hammering onslaught from Dave Felstead, Denounce provide an all encompassing, haunting mix of death and pain, delivered with single-minded rhythm and riffs to drool over.
Their undeniable, headbang-inducing, power, translates perfectly to the stage, which they've already shared with such underground giants as Happyface, Kingsize Blues, Ted Maul, Exit Ten, Arnocorps, & Raging Speedhorn to name but a few.
In June 2007, they entered Grindstone Studios, home to Scott Atkins, to record their first full-length, with mostly new material and are currently seeking a label and distribution. The album “Deep Wood, Shallow Grave”, features 9 thoroughly aggressive tracks that will surely leave you wanting more.
With several tours under their belt, they plan to hit the road yet again this year, promoting the new album and making a bigger name of themselves.
