Quality Sax/Flute Recording Via The Internet

About Me

What I offer is an affordable and efficient method for recording sax/flute/clarinet parts over your songs. How I do this is simple. You send me a version of your song via email that you want a part recorded to. I then will lay my part down in my digital home studio and return to you the individual instrument track(s) in whatever format/sample/bit rate you wish. (I also have the ability to mix your entire session if desired. Please inquire.) I can either compose a part(s) to your music or read and perform your charted ideas. If there is a style you want me to play that is not listed in my proficiencies I will be more than happy to research and learn that style. I have two demos above that demonstrate my playing ability. I have also included a collaboration with virtuoso bassist Scratch Jenkins which demonstrates my ability to compose parts and also the quality of sounds I can achieve with my studio setup. My rates are a negotiable $100 per song and I will do my best to accomodate anyone from a top level producer to a "weekend warrior." Why can I do all of this? Please read on...
Improviser, multi-instrumentalist and composer Dave Frank brings to the table over ten years of experience on the stage and in the studio. He is well versed in the performance of classic and modern rock, pop, jazz, fusion, funk, alternative rock, honky-tonk and heavy metal. Frank is an avid composer having written and recorded several pieces in the styles of rock, jazz, fusion, funk and heavy metal. Dave currently performs live in Cleveland with the 'Stone Pony Band' (Bruce Springsteen/Southside Johnny tribute) and the 'Northcoast Jazz Collective' (Post-Bop style jazz quartet.) He also is a founding member of the original jazz/fusion/comedy project 'Harrison Fjord' and he also records with the band 'Impromptu' which specializes in completely improvised music. Frank is also currently recording music for his own solo rock/heavy metal project.

-'Fox8 In The Morning' (twice) featured with the Stone Pony Band.

Dave was selected by world renowned visual artist Darren Sylvester to provide the music background for his piece 'Time Keeps Running, Never Changing, Never Aging' which was shown in art galleries from New York to Sydney, Australia.
