About Me

Davey P – man, myth, legend. Only…neither myth nor legend.
Born of mother’s womb and father’s seed, the young upstart showed early inklings of promising boxing career, as he routinely punched all things, living or inanimate. After his father’s several split lips and a nasty cut above his mother’s eye, his family chose to abandon the young pugilist to a remote Ontario forest, somewhere in the desolate regions of suburban Toronto. The orphaned toddler quickly learned to subsist off of proceeds from rigged boxing matches with wild animals, including his career’s highlight of 12 solid rounds against a pack of French-Canadian wolves.
After standing his ground against a half-dozen of nature’s most savage beasts, they accepted him as their own, and Davey’s formative years were spent under the psychotic, watchful eyes of these francophone canines. It was not long before he could conjugate all of the necessary verb-growls and inflect the proper accents on the beast’s uncommonly snotty dialect.
Eventually, Davey grew tired of life as a wolf-boy, as the death-cries of his prey began to invoke a sonorous quality to his ear. Before long, the wolves had saved up enough beaver pelts to ship Davey off to music school.
The rest, as they say, is none of your goddamn business.
