Tomato records uk has been set up with the sole aim of promoting and distributing the music of bands on our roster.
We will be touring our bands over the next year or so up and down the uk and look to organise a European tour for next summer.
Any bands we work with we expect to promote themselves (and if possible other bands on the label). It works out more beneficially if everyone helps each other out.
Bands that cannot promote themselves, don’t apply basically
Bands we currently work with are:
• In A Glasshouse – 70s underground prog rock
• Shadows and Impressions – Rock/Metal from leeds
• Breakout degree – Regenarating NWOBHM
• Urchin Child – Funk/Rock/jazz and anything else from these guys
• Xentrique – Female fronted rock/metal from bradford
The following bands are what we like to call associate bands, Bands that we work with if they need advice, book shows for them etc.
• Jezebel – Good old fashioned rock
• The fallen – True metal from York
• Goodbye for now – Metal/screamo from leeds
• Lost Transmission - rock/punk all the way from oxford
We are Limited to the amount of bands we can work with but you never know, We may be able to help your band
What we offer bands is shows at various venues up and down the uk as well as various bits of promotion including national and local adverts, Radio airtime, Interviews etc
We also offer our bands a chance to prove their worth and upload their eps, albums or single to digital download sites such as Itunes amongst others
Shadows and Impressions have recently released their debut ep to a packed leeds rios, Their ep is available direct from us (Use the link to the left) or download it from itunes
Breakout degrees Debut ep 'One look, One scream' is also available on itunes, Their new recording will also appear there once complete
Urchn Child tracks from their album 'Royal Flush' are available to download from www.indiestore.com/urchinchild
