About Me

Welcome to the FK Music Management myspace.
After quite a while of supporting some brilliant bands around the York music scene, the founders, Rob Scott & Paul Cunniff decided to help some of the more accomplished artists to do something more with their talents.
The York music scene is vibrant, and it's about time the rest of the UK found out about what is on offer.
FK Music Management has also got some established music pluggers, promoters, recording studio and band delivery capabilties which helps to find solutions in most aspects of gigging, recording, posters, photography (gigs and Promotional Shoots) etc and are currently building and consolidating links with Radio Stations, Music Shops & Outlets, Press/Media promotion. We also support charity fund raising and have just finished the first series of Paul Hunter Tribute Concerts.
We don't do this full time, it's really a labour of love, but we do share in our artists spoils (albeit not loads of cash at the moment) and when required, invest in them at the same time to further our respective goals.
The key people with FK Music Management are:-
  • Rob Scott - Discerning Images Photography
  • Paul Cunniff - Acomb Music
  • Sharon Denniss - Likemind Services
  • Peter Gillett - Design and Administration
The Artists / Bands currently supported are:-
Tidal Fury - Classic Rock Band
  • Miles Cain - York based singer/songwriter
  • FATHER - Croatias number one metal band.
  • Velvet Star - Rock with a hint of sleaze
  • Sidewinder - Classic Rock

  • All artists work with their management, share the workload, and look for opportunities.
We are limited to the amount of bands we can get involved with due to other time committments, but will consider helping you where we can. We may be able to help with certain aspects of your band's development including:-
  • 1. Working with promoters / venues
  • 2. Radio Play
  • 3. Newpaper/Media Marketing
  • 4. Recording / Rehearsal Space
  • 5. Promotional Photography
  • 6. Equipment Supply, Repairs & Service

  • Venues we have worked with include:-
The Junction York, Fibbers, York, The Duchess, York, The Cavern Liverpool, The Retro Club Manchester, Riffs Blackpool, Snooty Fox Wakefield, The New Inn Easingwold, Club Molotov, Bude Cornwall, The New Roscoe, Leeds, Carpe Diem, Leeds, Pulse Bar, Barnsley, The Gasworks, Bradford, The Salutation Inn, Nottingham...to name a few.
Anyway, that's who we are and what we are currently building on. No doubt, like any progressive business, we will change and grow as we go forward.
