About Me

I've been VJ'ing now for several years concentrating on the UK Dance scene. My love of music has seen me VJ'ing several different genres, Live bands and acts and more recently large corporate events.

I've accompanied the majority of World leading international DJ's the list really is too long to list but includes, Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Judge Jules, Pete Tong, Sasha, Erick Morillo, Marco V, Eddie Halliwell, Roger Sanchez, Johathan Ulysses, Sandy Rivera, Tom Middleton, Groove Armada, Steve Lawler, Danny Howells, Hernan Cattaneo, Seb Fontaine, The Plump DJ's, Pendulum, the Stanton Warriors, DJ Yoda, David Guetta, the Scratch Perverts, Steve Angello, Eric Prydz, Matt Darey and not to mention Scott Bond DJ/Producer who I worked with and alongside for several years. I have also covered many live acts, not only during Dance Music nights within the UK but also during festivals such as Glastonbury and includes acts such as Way Out West, Tilt, NuNRG, Hybrid, Trentemoller Live, Eatstatic and Calvin Harris.

My work has seen me performing in Norway, Germany, Russia, Spain and Ibiza. Corporate branding work includes work for Cr2 Records, M8, Trackitdown.net, Mixmag, Pepsi, Red Bull, Camel, Bacardi, Microsoft and many of the international DJ's outlined above. During the summer months I have been known to do the occassional festival including the World famous Glastonbury Festival covering the Dance arenas there.
As well as Glastonbury other venues I've performed in include the Ministry of Sound London, The SeOne London, The Emporium Coalville, The Factory in Birminham, Club Air in Birmingham, The Adelphi Sheffield, Mission in Leeds, The Sage in Newcastle, The CCIB in Barcelona, Fabrique Moscow, Smuget in Oslo, Heaven in London and the Earls Court Arena in London. The equipment I use is a combination of hardware and software ranging from Laptops using the latest in VJ'ing software to the Pioneer DVJ's and Edirol CG8. Vision mixers used include the Edirol V4 and V440.
I am supported by Pioneer, Edirol, Space-Tek and Mixmash. Being supported by Pioneer I have also supported them with product launches and shows throughout the country including the massive Plasa Show at Earls Court London performing DVJ sets alongside such DJ's, VJ's and Av acts as Addictive TV, Dan Tait, DVJ Kreil, Tom Middleton, James Zabiela, Phil K and Eclectic Method.
Although I concentrate on my VJ'ing I also DVJ, that is perform audio visual sets controlling both sound and vision. Playing from Pioneer's DVJ's using DVD discs. I have organised and promoted my own audio visual night called Future and hosted some great audio visual artists and DJ's in the past.
I have some work scattered around the web and although these are mainly examples of my own DVJ set discs, my VJ'ing style is similar. I have some examples loops on the sites detailed on this page, links on the left half of the page towards the bottom. Obviously if you are a promoter or party organiser or DJ and wish any specific material in a demo please get in touch through the various links on my page here or web site at:

The rig pictured above and below is the one I've used more and more recently for multi screen shows. 2 Laptops runs a combination of Arkaos, Derivative Touch Mixer and MDT. An Edirol CG8 and 2 V4 vision mixers. Flat panel 17inch main monitor with the tripple monitor monitoring 2 cameras and a Pioneer DVJ X1, the Oxygen8 keyboard controlling Arkaos when in use. Finally a Kramer 6x6 matrix takes care of the outputs to the various screens available.

I'd like to meet:

Most unfortunately have passed on to a better place.
However, in the mean time like minded people interested in VJ'ing. visuals, clubbing, music and people who generally like having a good time during this short life :)

Music:

I've had inspiration throughout the years from so many great bands and musicians, Queen, Genesis, Bowie, Eric Clapton, The Police and even the Sex Pistols. My love of music led me to drum for several years in a number of covers bands, I probably have Phil Collins to thanks for that and I suppose it's led me to the beat of the Dance Music now.
Nowadays it's down to the club DJ's to inspire my performance and many have managed this over the last few years on the trance side of Dance. DJ & Producer Scott Bond played a massive role in helping me get some of the success I've seen as a Club VJ and was one of the first good promoters to publicise his VJ well. A great time was had supporting Andy Bagguley and Marc West at PaSSion another 2 great promoters who publicised my efforts..thanks lads. Other great DJ's on the Trance scene at the momment include Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren and Judge Jules.

On the House side DJ's such as Steve Lawler, Danny Howells, Pete Tong and Dave Seaman, The Plump DJ's and of course the 3 amigo's SOS, Omid16B, Demi and Desyn Masiello, together with Steve Angello & Eric Prydz allways manage to inspire a performance.
Many of the UK's leading VJ's and AV artists have helped me along and continue to do so for which I'm very greatful and forever in their debt, I wont embarrass them by naming them.....I'm sure they know who they are. I have also got to thank the assistance received from the people and companies who have also supported me along the way, Pioneer, Mixmash, Edirol and Space-Tek. To the promoters, party organisers and DJ's out there in music and party land who continue to book me for their events....thanks guys:)

Here's a selection of tracks, some I'm currently still working on for a future DVJ sets, For the first 3 individual tracks I used Derivative's "Touch Mixer", as means of a test for myself and machines, and combined these with CG8 and Arkaos work, All tracks and DVJ sets were recorded live with no post edit. The first track is a multiple/layered recordings using the Edirol CG8, again recorded live and un-editted most of the individual clips used in this first track are available for download at archive.org using the links below.
