The Goodgreef and Fire It Up ‘The Mental Unit’ Sunday May 4th 2008 is a dedication to Barry, and for our loyal crowd to have a night the way he would have had it is the best way of honouring his memory.
We will be observing a minute’s applause at 0400 after a brief announcement
The last hour of this event will be a special tribute to Barry; we will be playing his Radio 1 Essential Mix, in the ‘Fire It Up main ward’ recorded live from Inside out at the Arches, Glasgow 12th April 2008
We thank you for your understanding in this difficult matter and hope you can join us in celebrating Barry’s life with a party he would be proud of.

At just under 6 years old, former Mixmag Club of the Year & Best Club in the North Goodgreef is arguably the UKs fastest rising club brand experience.

Goodgreef are also proud to have assisted in the rise in careers of UK superstar DJs & new BBC Radio Residents Eddie Halliwell & Trophy Twins, Mixmag Future Hero of 2004 Adam Sheridan, Hard Dance Awards winner Dark By Design aka Gaz West, hot young talent Shan & fats rising Female dj Tylor-Leigh (set for an M8 Magazine front cover mix) as our ethos has always been focused around showcasing quality, home-grown up & coming talent, as part of our main stable.
Goodgreef are also at the forefront of the popular European Hard Trance/Hardstyle sounds, supported by International superstars such as...
Yoji Biomehaikna, Scot Project and Lady Dana amongst many others, as well as the happening Tech-trance vibe as Goodgreef is a major influence for the UK scene by supporting the likes of Marco V, Marcel Woods, Fred Baker, Mark Norman, Randy Katana & Marc Van Linden at many of our events.
