FENCE RECORDS

About Me

Fence Records is a micro-indie label, based in the East Neuk of Fife, in Scotland. www.fencerecords.com is a good place to look at.
The first song in the MySpace player, 'Quarter Inch', is by HMS GINAFORE, and features on her upcoming collaboration with KING CREOSOTE, entitled LOVE + HATE = HATE. The album will be released on Fence Records on November 17th 2008 ... but you might be able to purchase it at special Fence Collective shows ...
The second track is a brand new mix of 'You're Really Quite The Catch' by Fence's squelch-hop boy-band FOUND - which is being released as a 7" single on October 31st 2008, backed with a remix of 'Admission Number Two' by KING CREOSOTE. You can find the original versions of both songs on their album This Mess We Keep Reshaping.
The third track is 'Ear Against The Wireless' by KING CREOSOTE, and features on his latest home-recorded opus (deep breath now) 'They Flock Like Vulcans To See Old Jupiter Eyes On His Home Craters'. Previously only available at live shows, the album is now up on the Fence Records website ...
The fourth song uploaded onto the player is 'I Don't Know Where To Begin' by THE PICTISH TRAIL, taken from his critically acclaimed debut album Secret Soundz Vol. 1. This album is out now, and available to buy from all good independent record stores and the Fence Records website.
ROZI PLAIN is the fifth thing up on the MySpace player, with her song 'RoofRookCrookCrow'. This track features on her debut album Inside Over Here, which again is available in all good indie shops ... such as these ...
