About Me

I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V3.6 !
CLICK HERE TO GET A PRE-MADE MYSPACE LAYOUTHmmm....just kidding...Oh OK...yeah...NO! GAWDA! What the heyll do you say aboot yourself in these things?! Just so you know, I tried Match.com for all of 3 months a few moons ago JUST to prove that it's not only the UNI-Bomber types who internet date. However, I am NOT on MySpace now so it can be a substitute Match.com. Capiche?!! I know I just wrote that out loud but does the simple act of that alone negate the point entirely like pretending and saying you didn't fart when know you did? Yeah, I know I digress...but wait...LIFE is pretty much one B-I-G digression in the grand scheme of things so go freak yourself out if you can't bear to read anymore of this late night ooze of consciousness. But seriously, I'm here to meet new peeps and I hope that's you. And if you can give me a job playin music that's even better!I'm a transplant to LA from NYC. Hey what's up w/ that chain restaurant out here Johnnies? That whole "LA eats NY" slogan blows man cause everyone knows that you can't get a better slice in the world than in NYC. Bagels too...it's the water...di-gress-ioooooon...I was formerly a transplant to NYC from Colorado so yes, those small town roots are in me too. I'm a classically trained violinist and have loved movies since the time I was a fetus and moved to Hellay because I believed I could fuse the 2 things I love most-music and film. My very first gig in L.A. was layin down some tracks for Dr. Dre...I was soooo familiar with his stuff man that I thought his big album was called The Chronicles of Dr. Dre...oops guess I was thinking Narnia, which is actually a great film I have to say...Mr. Gregson-Williams' score is MINT! Oh and Dr. Dre's fuckin rad too...real nice, cool dude who happens to be a genius. I'm a hybrid of both eastern and western cultures. I take my shoes off at home and have the utmost respect for my elders. My immigrant parents became successful Chinese restauranteurs in cowtown. Yeah, big surprise. And for some random reason they also happen to know everything there is to know about football and the Denver Broncos. And my dad has been known to sport the occasional cowboy hat and drive a big yellow hummer. Neat. I am a horrible liar and therefore avoid it at all times. I am extremely loyal and patient. And empathic so I'm told. I love my friends and family unconditionally. My best friend says I have the ability to find, see the beauty in and fall in love with the most oddball, eccentric, wild, funny, unknown, misunderstood and radical things in life and can usually make everyone around me fall in love with them too. My favorite aminals are dogs, pandas, elephants, unicorns, centaurs (well only 1/2), giraffes and horses. Did you know giraffes are related to deer? Think about their faces, they're the same! Speaking of giraffes, am I crazy or do the silhouettes of tall skinny palm trees scare the crap out of you at night esp. when they're scattered all over or lining a long street? They look like weird alien bombs. Eeek. Anyhoo, when I discovered pilates I dropped the weights and practically forgot about the fact that I can leg press 405. I saw Hedwig and the Angry Inch in its original theater form 11 times in the first 8 months I lived in NYC. And then I met John Cameron Mitchell at Sundance last year. We got pulled over for speeding. Oh well...I love telling that story... I'm practically bragging. People say I resemble Margaret Cho but I don't think so. Weeelll, maybe w/ a few facial expressions and our affinity for gay men. My gay husband and I invented our own vowel system and got so carried away we couldn't even understand eachother anymore (ie. Jazz vs. Jaws...) That's when it stopped. What else? I LOVE Wilco much like Felicity loved Sarah Mclachlan everytime she broke up with Ben. That's completely irrevelvant but I still love Wilco. Tell me about you.

My Interests

Uh...music...yeah that's it!

adopt your own virtual pet!

I'd like to meet:

Other people who play on an organized sports team w/ a name as ridiculous as mine, which pretty much alludes to soiled chonies. Let's see...I'd also like to meet snobitches. Anyone who wants to be in my own personal Woody Allen movie = anyone who can sit around for hours w/ me talking in circles about nothing. Someone named Adrian so I can shout it out at the top of my lungs down a street at night like Rocky Balboa. If Saturn was in Virgo when you were born, we have a lot to talk about! Forget Mercury in retrograde byatches, Saturn returns is much more profound! Geniuses who can not only pronounce but use the words doppelganger, harbinger and behemoth correctly. People who don't think I'm a nutjob if I tell them I think I was a gay Catholic/Jewish man/geisha/centaur with a pet dog in my past life based on my love and affinity for gay men, dogs, centaurs, the fact that I live in a perpetual state of guilt and sometimes have a funny little "scoot" when I walk and have translucently pale skin... Oh and anyone who's biological clock has only increased their appetite for arts and crafts and home improvements. Al Gore so I can tell him that his presidency is the greatest one we never had. Conan O'Brien and his shaking pompadour cause it would make me laugh my balls off. Kleptomaniacs so I can ask "WHY?!!!" while shaking every little insignificant thing they've stolen out of their pockets. People who speed up so they can get to a stop sign or red light faster so I can punch them in the face. Anyone who shares my fear of finding a dead body or limb in a river, creek, trail, dumpster or elevator. And last but not least, "W" so I can kick him in the penis...
