If the entire human species were a single individual, that person would long ago have been declared mad. The insanity would not lie in the anger and darkness of the human mind-though it can be a black and raging place indeed. And it certainly wouldn't lie in the transcendent goodness of that mind-one so sublime, we fold it into a larger "soul". The madness would lie instead of the fact that both of those qualities, the savage and the splendid, can exist in one creature, one person, often in one instant. We're a species that is capable of almost bumbfounding kindness. We nurse one another, weep for one another.Ever since science taught us how, we willingly tear the very organs from our bodies and give them to one another. The past 15 years of human history are the temporal equivalent of those subatomic particles that are created in accelerators and vanish in a trillionth of a second, but in that fleeting instant, we've visited untold horrors on ourself-in Mogadishu, Rwanda, Chechnya, Darfur, Beslan, Baghdad, Pakistan, London, Madrid, Lebannon, Israel, New York City, Abu Ghraib, Oklahoma City, and Amish schoolhouse in Pennsylvania-All of the crimes committed by the highest, wisest, most principled species the planet has. That we are also the lowest, cruelest, most blood-drenched species is our shame-and our paradox. We are the only species with language, we told ourselfs-until gorillas and chimps mastered sign language. What does, or ought to separate us then is our highly developed sense of morality, a primal understanding of good and bad, of right and wrong, of what it means to suffer not only our own pain, but also the pain of others. Top of the food chain are we? We are the only living things on this earth who kill for pleasure. Our world has been filled with Individuals who have inspired our awe, like Mohandas Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King Jr., The Dalai Lama. We also have our representatives of malevolence like, Joseph Stalin, Augusto Pinochet, Adolf Hitler, Osama Bin Laden and Pol Pot.Doing good to someone in need while you are present in this world will make a difference, maybe not to the whole world but it will in someone's life.
Friendly people.

Alot of people refuse to see the reality of what an abortion is like, nothing you see on this video will ever compare to the reality of what killing a human being is. Woman and men need to be prepared to give birth to a child, there is no need to give birth to an unwanted child. We do not live in the cave ages, protection and knowledge is provided to us, is what we do with it that makes the difference. Say no to Abortion at Change.org . "God grew tired of us",Orphaned by a tumultuous civil war and traveling barefoot across the sub-Saharan desert, John Bul Dau, Daniel Abol Pach and Panther Blor were among the 25,000 “Lost Boys†(ages 3 to 13) who fled villages, formed surrogate families and sought refuge from famine, disease, wild animals and attacks from rebel soldiers. A journey’s end for some, it was only the beginning for John, Daniel and Panther, who along with 3800 other young survivors, were selected to re-settle in the United States."Sometimes in April", A gripping drama inspired by true events surrounding one of history's darkest chapters: the 100 days of the Rwandan genocide in 1994. Over the course of these days, from April 6 to mid-July, at least 500,000 Tutsis and thousands of Hutus were killed during the genocide. Some estimates put the death toll around the 800,000 and 1,000,000 marks. "Women of Juarez", Since 1993, over 450 girls and women have been killed in Ciudad Juárez and Chihuahua City, Mexico. Most of the victims were young, poor, many as young as 12 years old, and many were sexually assaulted prior to their deaths. Although, only over 450 bodies have been recovered, there is still over 600 reported missing."Diamonds are forever" it is often said. But lives are not. We must spare people the ordeal of war, mutilations and death for the sake of conflict diamonds. It has been said that war is the price of peace… Angola and Sierra Leone have already paid too much. Let them live a better life. Ask for a Conflict Free Diamond, or better yet choose not too buy one, it might just have cost somebody their hands. The fur ads you might see in magazines and commercials portray fur coats as a symbol of elegance. But these ads fail to show how the original owners of these coats met their gruesome deaths. Millions of fur-bearing animals including foxes, raccoons, minks, coyotes, bobcats, lynxes, opossums, nutria, beavers, muskrats, otters, and others are killed each year on fur farms by anal and vaginal electrocution and in the wild by drowning, trapping, or beating.
