Most "modern rock" is dead, IMO. If anyone out there knows of any rock that's still rockin', let me know, I'm all ears... FYI: I hate emo. Seriously. Who would have thought a whole genre of awful music could stand on the premise of poor personal relationship skills and the inability to come to terms with feeling sad?

Who cares? Really. If what you watch on TV defines you as a person, you need less time in front of the TV. As in no time at all.If I had to list some programming I like on TV it would be Conan O'Brien, Family Guy, the Discovery Channel, and the History Channel. Why? The aforementioned shows/channels either teach me something or make fun of this sorry, brainwashed nation. :-)
1984, Invisible Man, The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Ishmael, Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man, Techno Rebels, and Miles: The Miles Davis Autobiography.
