Darin Scott is an honors vocational graduate from The Guitar Institute Of Technology{Musicians Institute} Hollwood, CA. At G.I.T Darin got to learn from many world renown guitarists like Howard Roberts, Larry Carlton, Tommy Tedesco, Steve Vai, Les Wise, Keith Wyatt, Steve Trovato, Paul Hanson, Ron Eschete', Steve Lukather, Norman Brown, Frank Gambale, Scott Henderson, Ross Bolton, Dan Gilbert, Art Renshaw, Don Mock, Robben Ford, Jamie Findlay, Joe Diorio, Eric Johnson, Buzz Feiten, Tim May, Jay Graydon, Jeff"Skunk"Baxter, Allan Holdsworth, Guy Thomas, Kenny Loggins, Steve Morse, Paul Gilbert, Bruce Buckingham, Eric Paschal, Joe Pass, Herb Ellis, Vic Trigger, Steve Freeman, and many others. Darin also studied with LA studio guitar great Tim Pierce outside of G.I.T.Darin has been a professional guitarist his whole adult life, and the guitar has taken him all over the world in a variety of guitar playing roles, as a studio guitarist, touring sideman, producer, songwriter, guitar teacher, & clinician.And along the way Darin has either performed , recorded {or both} with Jack Wagner, Eddie Money, Jeff Beck, Eddie Van Halen, Dick Wagner, Steve Hunter, Abattoir 3000, Nut Brown Hair, Earl Slick,Lita Ford, Rick Derringer, Laura Morris,Andy Taylor, The Four Tops,Jeff Porcaro, Martha Reeves, Bob Hausler, Rudy Sarzo, Gregg Barber, Jenna Byrne, and many others. With his work being heard on over 100 records, plus on countless tv shows, movies & jingles.Darin has also released his debut solo recording "Cruisin' Thru Westwood" for WMG Records that was produced by the legendary Dick Wagner.
