Jake Voiz

Haven't updated this bad boy in a while. I'm currently majoring in music at Concordia University in Ann Arbor. I am studying classical guitar from Brian Roberts, percussion and jazz ensemble from Sean Dobbins, and vocal from Brian Altevogt, along with all that other theory class garbage...who needs it lol. I have had the opportunity to share the stage with some great musicians already including Johnnie Bassett, Keith Kaminski, Duncan Mcclellan, and my teacher Sean Dobbins. I had the privilege of being studying under Darin Scott for the past 5 years (check out his myspace page Darin Scott Guitar) and he has had a huge influence on me both as a person and as a musician, my deepest thanks go to him. I have been delaying recording some new material but I feel both the listeners and the music itself deserve my absolute best, so I'm taking my time and really hammering out details on the songs, hopefully I will be recording sometime this winter.Don't forget me because I surely can't forget about all of you!
