Having sung and tinkered around on the piano from a very early age (including an impromptu stage perrformance at London’s Roundhouse, aged 7), Gail first picked up a guitar whilst sojourning in Austraila. "Everybody I met played, there wasn’t a lot else to do....."
On returning home to London, Gail began with a year long residency at The Marqee Cafe as well has many shows at places such as The 12 Bar, The ICA, The City Poly and supporting David Gray at The Paradise Bar.

Gail toured America in the 90’s with Heidi Berry (4AD) as her guitarist and backing vocalist playing venues such as The Knitting Factory and the Bottom Line in New York, Slims in San Francisco, and The Roxy, and the Whisky a gogo, in LA.
Radio and TV appearances to date include The Lucy Longhurst Show on GLR and MTV’ XTV show with Rhona Cameron
Outside of her own project Gail has worked as a backing vocalist and session musician subsequently getting to no.6 in the Melody Maker ’groove’ chart.
She has long been a supporter of charity events appearing at shows for Survival International, Amnesty International and opened the first ever Gay Pride.
After producing her debut album, Time is the Master,which deserves a special thank you to Richard Anstey , whom made this and the recording of surrender possible.. Richard plays all sax co wrote two songs ,and helped produce the album along side The Ledgendry Dale Davis , currently Bass player with Amy ..Winehouse ............................................................

Thoroughly enjoying this experience Gail’s music has evolved in a new direction and she is currently residing in Hastings gigging, and working on a accustic album to be released next year.
