The Rooms is a cafe/bar, venue, recording and rehearsal studio situated 33-35 Western Road in the heart of St. Leonards-on-Sea, near Hastings.
Our building contains a soundproofed basement studio and live room, rehearsal space and chill-out area.
The Recording Studio is now open and specs can be seen in our blog.
We are offering recording in the cafe bar space which is soundproofed and houses a well equipped stage, fantastic acoustics and good quality recording equipment.

The ground floor space comprises of bar/venue/cafe serving a select vegetarian menu and wallspace exhibiting works from local artists.
Where possible we use Fair-trade and Organic produce, eco-friendly products and also recycle our waste.
As well as live music most nights, we also host a variety of events.
From vocal and guitar workshops to knitters and quilter's evenings, weekly regular jam nights, open mic nights (spoken word and music), showcases, monthly events like Listen acoustic night and Rock the rooms with acts from all over the globe.
OPEN TUESDAY 7pm-11pm WEDNESDAY - SATURDAY 10am till 11pm & now SUNDAY Midday til 4pm and 7-10.30pm.
No door fee.
We have an eclectic booking policy.
