About Me

MyBand Rubber Generator Prepare to be destroyed by a laser-beat…..bent ostentatiously out of shape, by a group of intergalactic warriors from the planet Rubberjack. Bass lines will whip you into submission, guitars will sweep you up and cast you to the elements, drums will precisely target your synapses, leaving you open to a full-frontal assault of expertly applied cuts, fiddle and rhymes. You have been notified. There will be no mercy.
Rubberjack formed millions of years ago in the primeval soup beneath Mount Etna. Under extreme pressures, the formula was ready to explode sometime in 2006, resulting in a sound a kin to that of fellow compadres 'the Beastie Boys' and 'P Funk'...
Dface waxes lyrical at 900mph while the backline's as solid as the volcanic rock from whence they came, slaptastic b-lines and funky fills aplenty. Rhythm guitarist Jay suffered a debilitating condition known as 'Pleck-funk' and now cannot play a single string without the trademark 'Chica- chica wow-wow coming through (a ghastly infliction indeed, Please...have a heart. Give these guys a home and appease the god's of Etna whose unrelenting appetite for funk keeps these guys constantly on the road - bringing the beast to those who will listen.
Rubberjack are a force to be reckoned with, delivering a bendy space-age funk-rap live sound best described by Sumit Bothra (Nitin Sawhney's manager) as "dope".
