I,m a promoter,dj,music lover and street culture junkie.I am a London resident based in south london but originally from north west London..I've been doing clubs and parties all over this town from underground warehouse parties to some of the biggest events at the city's major venues...I am part of the infamous Funkin'Pussy crew who have wrecked parties & clubs in London and across the UK for over 20 years! We came together originally on a love of funk music and hard partying and started the Funkin'Pussy night in 91. We also brought over funk legends Parliment/Funkadelic for some incredible gigs in the eary 90's...George Clinton rapped on the mic one night "Funkin'Pussy is thera-pubic",Free your mind and your ass will follow!! We moved the F.P to the legendary Africa Centre around 94 and further built the rep as the place where you could get your fix of hard core funk and hip-hop with the dj crew of myself(Hooch),Tha Dump,Jasper The Vinyl Junkie and Kenny Boots.The stars passed through undercover and the crowds kept coming as everyone kept it on the goodfoot! Around the same time the b-boys started hittin' the club and catching wreck to beats they were'nt gettin' elsewhere.In 96 I started the U.K B-Boy Championships,which has now run every year for 12 years.I now work consulting with major blue chip firms & TV production companies, organising world class b-boy/hip-hop projects & events,run a dedicated street dance agency (Pro-Dance.co.uk), an events company(Hooch Events), and I'm partners in the online hip-hop store & B-boy clothing label and hip-hop network, Armory(www.urbanarmory.com). The label was started by San Diego's Cros 1 and now has outlets in the US, Europe, Korea & Japan..If that sounds busy,I still DJ every week & tour the world for the international qualifiers for the B-Boy Champs! We have a PlayStation game out called 'B-BOY'..I worked along side Crazy Legs(Rock Steady Crew) as chief consultant on the game,making sure that it reflected the culture accurately and bringing in the real life b-boys to star in the game.B-Boy is available in Europe and launches in 2008 in North America & Asia...
