SHOW AND PROVE New to Southbank Centre, Show and Prove is one of London's most essential live music events, bringing together musicians, vocalists, MCs and DJs in an improvised live music experience across genres. Show and Prove thrives on audience participation: guest musicians are welcome to join in the Jams. The Front Room at Queen Elizabeth Hall, 8.30pmAdmission free
The Team, will feature Tansay Omar on Drums , Akwasi Mensah ..s and Bass, Graham Silbiger on Bass and Guitar with Jake Telford on Saxes and Flute, plus special guests and participation from the audience.

"Tears of the Clouds" and Metallic Vision" are by the Amazingly talented Judy Petit-Pois, "Who You Are Still" features the brilliant vocal and writing talents of Sherene Dyer (See Top Friends), "Sugar" is co written with the fabulous Franny Whitfield (See Top Friends) for her forthcoming album, "Hexagram 64" is an unfinished Space Bass excursion!
Show and Prove is dedicated to the improvised live music experience, for musicians, vocalists, and DJs. Hosted by Phat Phrequency (Jam promoter/organiser for London club nights Camouflage, Flipside, Ashram, Superstition, Hedonism and others).Featuring the Show & Prove Live Crew, plus guests from the audience. Inspired, improvised, underground music, fusing DJ, digital and traditional instruments and mixing vocal styles from the blues to the MC.Show and Prove is an open performance platform and artists forum. The variety of contributions from week to week makes the club an unpredictable and explosive experience. A regular following of talented musicians and vocalists creates a unique experience every performance..Musicians involved in the production include members and session musicians for artists such as George Michael, Soul II Soul, the JBs, Roots Manuva, Unsung Heroes, D'nell, Strange Worlds and more.
