The Missing Trailer Contest Winner is...
John Palisano!
Congratulations John! I loved all the entries, but the one that suits that works best as a trailer for The Missing is this one:
Well thought out, thematically related to the novel, artistic, and technically skilled. Thanks, John!I'd considered honorable mentions, but honestly, they were ALL so good that chosing a first place winner was hard enough. I'm still linking to all the entries on my website. Thanks everybody, for participating. You made my month.Watch more trailers here:

"Chilling, haunting and so smartly written that the pages fly by like the wind." -Ray Garton
I'm a Brooklyn-based writer. My first novel The Keeper was released in 2006, and was a New York Times' Editor's Choice. My second novel The Missing is out now, from HarperCollins. So far it's gotten a starred review from Publisher's Weekly.
I've got interviews running in the September issues of Fangoria, Rue Morgue, and Writer's Market, and several soon to come in October in November in Dark Scribe and Fearzone.com. I've also got some short stories coming out in the next few issues of Cemetery Dance Magazine, as well as a chapbook called "The Lost," also from Cemetery Dance, and a long piece in the PS Anthology Darkness on the Edge: Stories Inspired by Bruce Springsteen Stories. I'm working on two novellas, a collection of short stories, and my third novel, Audrey's Door.
