i’d trade at least 10 of the 7-11s in manassas....

....for either ONE Outback Steakhouse....or ONE Long John Silver's Seafood House (again, I won't let it become an Hour Eyes this time). Although I would make it 15 total 7-11s if I could get 'em both....
