My about me follows, but it's outdated and half-assed. My blog does a much better job of showing who I am, so I'm making a sort of Table of Contents. Some highlights from the last few years:
First, Absolute Proof that God exists . This is not the common inductive teleological argument (e.g., "The universe is too complex to be coincidentally so"), but a true deductive logical proof that there exists a "necessarily existing concrete entity upon which/Whom the universe depends for its existence."
On the far other side of religious philosophy, I wrote OMNIS , an answer to Western Mysticism in general, my own attempt at a coherent and complete cosmology, explicitly mystical. It's long and complex, so no one has yet read it. I would like to think that if I wrote a book, at least my own friends would read it...
Inspired by OMNIS, I wrote two poem-ish prose pieces. The first, Vagis Rising , was about the unifying dysfunction of humanity, expressed as entropy, with a happier twist at the end. The second, Ex Ego Dominus , journeys through self, nothingness, singularity, infinity, and godliness.
At the root of that tree was my most recent (actual) poem, MORE .
And on the other side of writing in general, I just consolidated several of my old posts of Brainspew . It's long, but it's cut up into different posts in random-ish order, full of my eccentric inanity. Hopefully, it's funny shit. Even if you don't laugh, though, it IS guaranteed to hurt your brain (in a very different way than the philosophical stuff).
In the same vein of inanity, the infamous BAND NAME CONTEST , full of incredible genius from me and my friends. 240 of them! Someday, I'll post the winners, but I was still waiting on Cera, Courtney, and Tricia.
I also have two videos, one showcasing my endless Charm , and an awesome, epic, improvised Puppet Show with me, Tristan, and Valerie. It's long (15 minutes-ish), but worthy of several Oscars, I assure you!
Out of my many, many, angry political posts (yes, I hate America), I would only link to three more recent posts: my attempt at a Positive Rant (complete with an argument with Erin, who is habitually wrong); my intended first-of-many-parts How to Fix the World , this segment on Education, as the natural foundation; and Fun With Numbers , some unbelievable graphs showing how we spend our money and why our country sucks. :P
Back to the realm of transcendence and poetry, I also wrote a poem-ish rant I just titled, "YOU" , made for everyone, but especially tailored to the overwhelming population of depressed young women, and teenagers in general, though I was thinking mostly of the college students surrounding me when I wrote it.
And the loose ends from livejournal (paradox777.livejournal.com) that were too old to be transferred over to myspace (it doesn't take dates from too far back): The Jesus Christ Pyramid Scheme , one of my favorite all-time posts, hilarious, scary, and ridiculous; and Overthinking, Overanalyzing , a rant using TOOL lyrics to express one of my many recurrent existential crises, depressingly close to how I feel now (considering I should have grown a lot since then).
Whew! Now I'm going to have to clean THAT up, too. Bah. Well, my old "about me" is below, but I have to mention that I'm jobless, not still a suicide counselor, but I do plan on resuming that line of work when I can...

I hate trying to fill "about me" blanks. Hopefully I'm not so easily encapsulated.
Like most people of any depth, I am a person of many paradoxes. I'm extroverted, but I'm also a nerd. I'm a die-hard liberal, but not an environmentalist. I'm a Christian I believe in God, but I don't believe in souls or divine intervention of any kind, nor do I think anyone goes to Hell, and I don't care what your religious beliefs are. (Well, except for astrology... that's just stupid.) I'm insane, but wrapped in logic. I read theoretical physics, but I also think that poop is funny. I'm a humanist in the sense that I have deep compassion for every human being, but I'm also a cannibal in the sense that I eat people...
I sometimes obsess over the fucked-up politics of America. We have no right to cause so much suffering and death in the world. I don't support our troops, I hate our president, and I loathe the Christian Right. I like my rights; even the ones I don't use. I am a Human, not an American; and I have no loyalty to your borders.
I work in crisis response and support; basically, I'm a suicide counselor and steward of the seriously mentally ill. I have a BA in philosophy, but I also spent a lot of time in school in music (composition and performance), physics, liberal arts, psychology, and poli-sci. I spent seven and a half years getting my BA. I stopped playing the violin, but I still write music.
As cliche as it may sound, I plan on ruling the world someday. Actually, I'm serious. At the very least, I will make a sizeable and permanent dent. Hopefully, it will be for the better... As for now, I'm just biding my time.
As much as I value intelligence and creativity, the most important thing is kindness. I think that compassion (and the actions associated with it) is the most important trait to any person. I also think that it's much easier to be nice than observation might imply. I hope deeply that I enrich the lives that I touch, and that I touch as many lives as I can.
Did I mention that I hate these blurbs? This is not who I am. It's just some things that I think and that I do, some of the time. It's what's in my mind right now. I am varied, and forever changing. I am human. A personality should not be something that can be summarized.
