03 Jan added Thyllacine - a crazy interplay between theremin and synthesiser. Steve d'Avis, normally a singer/songwriter and guitarist/drummer (www.broadjam.com/magnetic11), is handling the rhythm on keyboard while I am letting the theremin and my 26 year old anolgue synth go crazy together. Just a bit of fun. The other tracks are solo tracks. Night Gliding - chaos becomes order. Remember the piano solo on David Bowie's Aladdin Sane? Hunter Valley and Valley Gliding were both inspired by weekends away in the wonderful Australian bush. Cicada is a soundscape of the Australian bush in summer with the incessant noise of cicadas in the eucalypts overhead.
