Kapu Lui’s

Kapu Lui's will not only reintroduce the traditional 1930's Tiki restaurant/bar to Utah, but it will pay homage to the great tiki bar's of old and the character's that patronized them. The food will be pure island cuisine, the drinks, resurrected tropicals, made like they used to be with fresh squeezed juices and exotic rhums. Of course, with the technology of today, we will better be able to achieve the escape, that the restaurantuer's of yesterday could only hope to simulate. Our goal is for you to be transported directly, bypassing the airport, to a tropical island paradise.
