Ode to Da Plissk (rhymes are on always on time. Peace to my brothers and sisters):
They seek him here, they seek him there
Those Frenchies seek him everywhere
Is he in heaven or is he in hell?
That demned elusive Plisskernel
He meddles with the Frenchie Revolution
Popping in and out each week
Spoiling every lovely execution
La, what cheek!
They seek him here, they seek him there
Those Frenchies seek him everywhere
If you should see him, please do give a yell!
That demned elusive Plisskernel
They seek him here, they seek him there
Those Frenchies seek him everywhere
Oh, Plissky, how the Frenchies do implore you
Simply to stay home in bed
With all your interference
It's a chore to chop a head!
They seek him here, they seek him there
The ladies seek him everywhere!
He give the Frenchies nothing but frustration
Sink me! He's a spoilsport
Each and every demned decapitation
He cuts short
They seek him here, they seek him there
Those Frenchies seek him everywhere
Is he in heaven or is he in hell?
That demned elusive Plisskernel

Ode to Plissk Fawkes, rememba rememba 5th of Novemba, peace and love to mi bruthaz and sistaz:
Remember, remember, the 5th of November
Gunpowder Treason and plot ;
I know of no reason why the Gunpowder Treason
Should ever be forgot.
Guy called Plissk, Guy called Plissk,
'Twas his intent.
To blow up the King and the Parliament.
Three score barrels of powder below.
Poor old England to overthrow.
By God's providence he was catch'd,
With a dark lantern and burning match
Holloa boys, Holloa boys, let the bells ring
Holloa boys, Holloa boys, God save the King!
Hip hip Hoorah !
Hip hip Hoorah !
A penny loaf to feed ol'Plissk,
A farthing cheese to choke him.
A pint of beer to rinse it down,
A bunch of faggots to burn him.
Burn him in a tub of tar,'
Burn him like a blazing star.
Burn his body from his head,
Then we'll say: ol'Plissk is dead.
[Plissk: eh! eh! Go easy on tha Plissk!! Chill out man!] -----------
Half Swedish, half English. Feel most at home in Sweden, although I don't spend as much time there as I would like.
Open, honest, half serious/half frivolous, passionate, considerate, ambitious, independent, humble. I am a bit of an adviser/agony aunt, especially with relationship problems! I am not young enough to know everything!
--------------------------
Used to play in a couple of small bands a long time ago. With Trash in 1989, with Miles Cain , Miles' kid brother and Syd Egan . It was a Christian Rock band. Miles and Syd wrote all the songs and always argued. We played 2 shows, the first was a support slot (at the Hemel Hempstead Arts Centre) and was a blinding show, but we quit after the second (at the Phab Club in Amersham) as it wasn't great and we felt sorry for ourselves. We covered New Dreams by Naked Raygun (extremely badly as it was unrehearsed and meant to be bass and drums only!) on the first show. I kinda insisted on playing a powerchord bass solo inspired by Husker Du at each gig. :-) I then formed a band The Magic Muppets with Alan and Martin Milhofer. A second guitarist Kevin joined us later (a fun guy who had real attitude). This band was a band torn in different directions, as I wanted to play hardcore and punk, Alan the guitarist wanted to play goth and indie, and the drummer Martin wanted to play a little indie, but mainly rock and roll and heavy metal! Our set was made up of predominantly cover versions of songs by Jimi (Wild Thing), The Misfits (Night of the Living Dead), New Model Army (51st State), Velvet Underground (Sweet Jane & Sister Ray), The Stooges (1969), Buzzcocks (I Need), Bowie (Ziggy) etc. We had a few of our own songs too. We played a gig in spring of 1990 at a fairly big club in Aylesbury. It was very entertaining. We talked our way into getting the headlining slot, on the strength of Alan being mates with the other band and Martin being mates with someone at the venue. We had some very funny and confrontational banter with the audience. There was a group of bikers trying to start a fight, and by the time we got to playing Sister Ray, we'd cleared out 2/3rds of the audience!!! Ironically the band who came on first were musically very tight. We should have gone on first! That way the crowd would have stuck around to see the next act lol...I think they were expecting a heavy rock band. We quit after the gig, being lightweights and wanting really to take things in different directions.
I am also a member of the dormant skydiving freefly team 'The Flying Plums'. Watch this space! ------------------------------------
If you think we high, you'd better think again. It's sink or swim, you gotta think to win.
Grass MCs, I'll cut you down with my lawn mowa. Coke MCs, I'll crush you - pick up your ass and throw you in the trash. Acid DJ, I'll alkalize ya. And yo mammaz white ass. Your neurological connections busssssssssted up, huh I forgat wuhwhat I jjjjjust said. Blind MC, you can't touch me! Can't even find me. Keep flipping channels homeboy. Open your eyes and look what time it is. Suckaz dial P for Played Yourself! ;-)
I like the way some people (usually people promoting porn sites) seem to list 'weed' as a seperate 'interest' than drugs, as if weed isn't drugs!? 'Drugs' seems to just mean hard drugs, Es, Acid, Speed, Smack, Crack, whatever, and 'weed' is so 'harmless' it's not a drug? lol Hey porn promoters, why don't you try quitting for a while? You can't? Hmmm, you should give it some thought as to why you can't stop. Playing with your mind and ruining your natural high? You're playin' yourself.
Quote for the day, excerpt from The Times: 'Some of our greatest historical figures have been adulterers. Regrettably, the days have vanished when an ability to do the job in hand came first.'
If you make a poor effort, you won't get poor results, you will get NO results. If you put in a mediocre effort, you will get POOR results. If you put in a good effort, you will get MEDIOCRE results. If you put in an excellent effort, you will only get GOOD results. Only by putting in an outstanding consistent effort, will you get EXCELLENT results! It sucks, but it's the law of nature! So don't be lazy!
It is funny how the brain works. We can focus on a painful event in our past lives and relive it and really beat ourselves up about it. But only if we take it really seriously and give it such a negative meaning. But we have other painful experiences in our lives that we don't relive, as we think it would be stupid to do so! Like that the worst diahorrea episode you ever had! You don't dwell on that one, and say 'I'm so unhappy, I had diahorrea 5 years ago and haven't gotten over it yet!' It's because you don't attach immense personal pain to it, you just laugh about it. So dwelling on painful things is stupid! Cut it out!!
I am also on www.hi5.com. My profile is www.detoxorcist.hi5.com. Cheers

My Interests

Please visit my new non-commerical, free information web site

for the latest information about causes and treatments for: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) Chronic FAtigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS) Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome (PVFS)

Also cutting edge tools for:

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Neuro-Associative Conditioning (NAC) Social Anthropology Personality Types Transactional Psychoanalysis etc.

Also where else on a health site are you going to read about ethnic identity, racial struggle, anti-racism, drug addiction, psychological addiction, depression, the food industry, the esoteric origins of self development etc etc??

This site mainly focusses on CFS and Psychology. The main areas of health problems explored on the web site are:

Toxification and heavy metal toxicity Digestive Disorders Bacterial/Fungal(candida)/Parasitic overgrowth and infection (DYSBIOSIS) Nutritional Deficiencies (vitamin & essential & trace minerals) Fatty Acid Imbalances Endocrine System Dysfunction (hormonal problems) Insomnia Immune System Dysfunction Mitochondrial Dysfunction Structural Problems (skeletal/muscular)
Many of these causes may also contribute [partly/largely/completely] to the following conditions. :

Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.) Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Irritable Bowel Disease (IBD) - Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis Fibromyalgia (FM,FMS) Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS) Cancer Autism Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Other auto-immune conditions

The causes of ME, FMS, IBS and MPS seem to follow those of CFS most closely, but may indeed be unconnected and/or vary in which factors apply, in which combination and severity, depending on the individual. Indeed, the rigid classification of some of these 'unusual' conditions is largely pointless as each condition in each individual is a unique combination of factors, and often predisposes individuals to seek a 'generic' treatment for the condition, which by definition will not work with everyone. The investigative approach is usually the same. Treatment of conditions such as MS, Autism and Cancer are clearly much more complex than treating CFS or related conditions. This site is supportive of the treatments and techniques that sufferers of the above conditions are undergoing if they are finding them helpful. This site recommends that sufferers keep an open mind and investigate all other possible contributory factors, and treat those if present, in order to compliment and accelerate the progress of existing treatments.

The reason psychology and NLP is on this web site is that it has been a personal interest of mine for 15 years, and everyone can benefit from it (whether ill or 'normal'!)

This site is currently being advertised in Private Eye magazine and on Google. This site is non-commercial, is not selling any product, has no ties, affiliations or endorsements from any company, and is intended to freely provide information and to encourage the reader to think for himself/herself and to pursue further angles of investigation and reading.

Please note that this is my myspace profile, and not my web site's profile. Anything on this profile is of a personal nature and has nothing to do with my web site. My blogs are several years old and may not be to everyone's tastes and sense of humour, and are still on here as some of my friends like them.

Thank you for your interest and wishing you health, happiness and excellence in your life!

I'd like to meet:

All kinds of people with a love for and respect for life. Anyone who is frustrated with life or who thinks life sucks. Anyone who is interested in intelligent conversation or has a good sense of humour. Suckers leave your name after the tone. Don't call me, I'll call you! hehe only joking.

Please note that anyone who totally abuses bulletins by sending out a constant stream of ranting bulletins or displays a fixation with any particular issue may be prone to deletion! It's nothing personal, I just don't like to see too many bulletins from one person. Especially if they sound like a broken record.

Also, anyone that mindlessly promotes the beneficial effects of the medicinal use of 'recreational' drugs with rose tinted spectacles and who do not give any or enough attention to any negative aspects of such practices (long term decreased hormonal performance, toxicity through smoking or ingesting (carcinogens, heavy metals, drug dissolving in fatty tissues etc), loss of natural high (natural high not as good anymore), psychological problems etc.), please DO NOT ADD ME! Have a read of the drugs page on my web site (in the psychology section) if you are interested. I find that often proponents of the medicinal use of drugs are often doing so to justify to themselves their own recreational use of drugs, and also are often supported by those that want to feel better about their own use of recreational drugs. Let's try to be honest with ourselves! Peace.

I may delete comments that are shamelessly promoting a business or a concert, or promoting a single product that are claiming to cure every medical condition, but usually leave them up there a day or so to give you guys a break! And good luck with your bag (baby)!

I deleted about 500 friends in November 06, as I had too many bands I didn't particularly like on my profile and people I've never actually messaged. So if I have deleted you by accident and we did indeed email etc, then I apologise, and if you'd still like to be on each other's friends list and email etc, then please feel free to click add. Peace!

Albena Denkova & Maxim Staviski

Er...unfortunately Maxim tragically ended his figure skating career and his life generally (and someone else's) when he ran over and killed someone whilst DUI.

Thanks for all the comments, but I will periodically delete them except those that comment on my web site (with the odd exception). So I really appreciate your comments, but please don't be offended if they don't stay there for more than a week or so. Thanks for your consideration.

Books:

Finance and politics articles, psychology, self development (Paul McKenna, Wayne Dyer, David Hawkins, A Course in Miracles, Dale Carnegie, Tony Robbins etc) and of course 1611 King James (Authorised) Version

A good laugh is good for your health. And it's free! It's Doctaz Orders.

Heroes:

I would rant on about heroes being for suckers, however role models of great, positive, creative, talented and charismatic people from a broad cross section of our communities can be very useful. There are not enough in the media spotlight! Instead we often see talentless and unimaginative idiots on reality tv shows that provide a poor example for our celebrity obsessed teenagers. Enough of that though. God is the main man. Otherwise I used to really love Alexei Yagudin (his skating and character on ice!) Cartman off South Park...has the funniest voice ever! I admire the career of John Lydon. And always love to hear what Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury has to say. I would love to talk to Peter Owen Jones and Dr Robert Beckford about their faith too.

Show off ya gold Alexei!!
