ASSERTION
If we share similar interests etc feel free to message me, or comment on my blog, favorite me, but keep in mind I Created this profile for the purposes of keeping in touch, reconnecting with old friends, seeing how people are doing that I went to school with, or getting to know even people I've seen around school, but maybe didn’t quite get around to getting to know

Because I had way to many people added I will have to discriminate more with who I add with this profile by primarily only electing people who I went to school with at least for this particular profile, so it is not very likely to be personal to you when I very likely don’t add you , but rather based on my policy.

HOWEVER you can add me to my other profile linked below which is geared more towards the politics of health, general awareness, and things I think are important.

A little bit about me
I enjoy , things that improve better life, well being, supporting positive causes, seeking truth and freedom in general.

I am very passionate about TRUE health and fitness. Physical health is only one aspect of health and ones being. Others include mind body & spirit. Health for me is about increasing my energy (enriching life) and NOT vanity, or trying to impress others

Some get the wrong impression I must spend allot of time working out, but the truth is I spend very little time working out. About 30-40 minutes only 3-4 days a week. Concentrated workouts rather then long slow ones..All aspects of your being mind body and spirit effect your whole being, and one area lagging will bog down other aspects of yourself. I use NO supplements, but Only use natural whole foods. (REAL food instead of pills) For more info check my link below

I think it's important to have a mind of your own, be a FREE THINKER, have the ability to ask the right questions, exercise critical thinking, and problem solving.

I think different then the mainstream programming & challenge everything and don't allow my thinking to be put in a box (Extreme far Left or right) , illusion of choice, double binds, staged arguments were the winner is predetermined to sway the masses . Think outside the box and be willing to look down the middle. Stick to the issues and principles of the matter.
This is a picture of Me and my GF of almost six years , She’s a really cool girl. She is not afraid to let her REAL self shine, and express herself genuinely which makes her NOT your average typical everyday girl. I am very happy and appreciative of her. She is also number one on my friends list : )

Mind body spirit connection

The mind and body are connected and your body is a medium in which your spirit expresses itself.

The actions you take, and the results you get are all reflections of the thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs you hold which make up your recipe in life that gets me the results you get.

If you Change your thoughts you will get different results in life for better or worse. All your success and failure reflects your life recipe or life formula, attitudes, beliefs etc
KNOWLEDGE, AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING is the key to freedom!!!

Ignorance is a choice. ALL Ignorance is & will be taxed. AND as much as many might like to make themselves believe otherwise none of us are innocent. It is our duty to take personal responsibility to BE AWARE, to do our own part regardless of “EVERYONE ELSE” to do the right thing. Ultimately regardless we are all in this world together, but what part will you play? Because the universe is 100% justice you will be responsible for your choices no matter what “everyone else” was doing at the time.

John Hancock

James Bowdoin (August 7, 1726 – November 6, 1790) was an American political and intellectual leader from Boston, Massachusetts during the American Revolution. He served in both the colonial council (senate) and house and was President of the state's constitutional convention. After independence he was governor of Massachusetts.Samuel AdamsAdams stated that citizens should not get too caught up in the respect given to people in high positions, or the praise given to leaders. "This has led millions into such a degree of dependence and submission".[26] He went on to say that the people should believe in the constitution, not the leaders who dictate it. "Whoever, therefore, insinuates notions of government contrary to the constitution, or in any degree winks at any measures to suppress or even to weaken it, is not a loyal man."[25]
