I'm a trainee medical secretary also an aspiring scriptwriter. At the moment I am working on producing a script for the novel 'To Fail To See' which was written by a very good friend of mine David Page. It is his first novel and what i love about is it's honesty and moments of humour. The subjects touched upon are harrowing however he has managed to break down the barrier and make them approachable, there are no details which would scare even me away merely suggestions in order for us to understand why the main character 'Alyssa' is like she is and the effect it has had on her life. The most amazing thing happens to her, imagine going to see your favourite band in concert and the lead singer whom you have had a crush on for the best part of your life notices you and it's true love, what would you do? things are never black and white for Alyssa. I can't give too much away. It is actually based on an incredible true story and you can't help but feel empathy for 'Alyssa'.
