Ω Biography
Phantods was formed in 2005 by Gretchen King (vocals/keyboards), Nathan Jacobs (bass), Kenan Edler (drums), and Daniel Hagquist (guitar). Drawing from the breadth of the musical spectrum from pop to avante garde, Phantods puts together their own uniquely dark melange of post-modern 21st century rock. In Phantods music you will hear a hint of everything: rock, surf, metal, lounge, polka, reggae, and anything else that could be bent, broken, twisted, and wedged into the format of a modern day band. The sound fits well with the name, for to have the "Phantods" is to get the chills when frightened, that is, the creepy-crawlies, the heebie-jeebies.
