Freightrain

Freightrain started as jam sessions between Guitarist Steve Theado(American Dog) and drummer Larz Raymond(The Favors,Hex on Wheels,Champipple).After months of jamming and recording these jam sessions in Larz Lo-Fi basement studio we went thru hours and hours of tape and started picking out riffs and grooves that we thought were cool.After arranging and rearranging some stuff we came up with about six tunes.We then called vocalist Fes (Black Mountain Creeper,Behemoth,Lordburger) up and he came over and we started getting some vocals together and writing a couple more tunes.Currently we have about a set of songs and are demoing them in the basement studio.Just Days before our first show we decided we better look for a bass player.Our Friend Arturo(Sin Nombre,Cotton Jackson,) agreed to fill in the gig.We all had so much fun after the first rehearsal that Artie stayed on Board to complete the lineup. We are all involved in other projects as well but we seem to be getting our sound together now.We are currently in the Studio w/Joe Viers finishing our first Full Length Disc!
