Sevenpercent WAS an all original four piece band from the Seattle area who strive for excellence and purity in their form of expression. Their unbiased approach to music has awarded them a unique and tasteful sound which appeals to the listener's most primal side. Known for powerful and captivating live shows, this foursome grabs the audience by the throat from the very first song. Everyone seems to find something they like about Sevenpercent, giving them a gallery of fans that runs the spectrum.
Sevenpercent was formed on April 17th, 2003 and played their first show to an all ages crowd at Seattle's Studio 7 on May 29th, 2003. Since then, the band's reputation as talented showmen has spread to clubs, promoters and fans alike. The band's philosophy of directly connecting the music to the emotion creates an immediate connection with the listener, converting new fans with every song. Too evil to be called Emo, too manic to be called Death Metal, their fans have dubbed them with the term "EVO". But don't be fooled by nicknames, these four guys are intently serious about their craft. Their long resume of shows include some of the finest clubs from Portland to Canada and many of the best metal bands that the Northwest has to offer. With over 40 years combined experience and past band experiences that read like a who's who in the Seattle music scene, this band is sure to leave a scar on your soul and keep on going...
