"The OMEN": Guitarist for ""ANGELS ON ACID" / DJ for GRAVE GROOVE TECHNOLOGIES and MINDSET PRODUCTIONS
Baffled by the concept of "walking", young DAMIEN "trudges" through life in a positive mind-frame searching for what world renowned Indian psychiatrist DEEPAK CHOPRA refers to as "ecstasy in the spirit".
DAMIEN, also known as "THE OMEN", posesses a very special and unique attribute that the medical world often calls "opposable thumbs". Using these in corrilation with his "fingers" enables him to perform death-defying activities such as, but not limited to:

*painting
*mixing records
*writing poetry

"THE OMEN" has been a staple, no... wait... allow me to re-phrase that..
"THE OMEN" has been more like a "thorn" stuck painfully in the side of the greater Charlotte music scenes for the last 15 years, from several failed band attempts to mixing & producing in many of the early-to-mid-90's now forgotten clubs & venues, not to mention the many smaller-scaled events that he threw himself or assisted in helping others organize.
In late September of 2005, DAMIEN joined the ranks of rapidly-rising neo-goth sensation "ANGELS ON ACID", adding a very dark and imperative element to thier already driving sound with his skills as a metal guitarist. A new sound was born from this colaboration which they now refer to as "neuro-metal" and "psybercore".
"ANGELS ON ACID" consists of:
*MICHAEL BANKS- programming, sequencing, synths, sampling & vocals
*JESSICA PARKER- live keyboards, synths, & backing vocals
*and of course "THE OMEN"- screeches, squeals, riffs and crunches
DAMIEN and MICHAEL are currently in the studio writing a large selection of very dark, very heavy, but still somewhat club-friendly new tracks to drop later this year. The new material will definitely be pushing all musical boundaries.
*RARE-KNOWN FUN-FACTS: DAMIEN can belch the entire chinese alphabet backwards in not only one breath, but in Aramaeic as well.
DAMIEN entered the magical world of "recovery" after a long, losing battle with his pancreas among many other internal organs in February of 2005. He has managed to maintain complete & total sobriety since mid-April of 2005. (there were a few life-threatening relapses before that...)
Bouncing back from a brief 16 year run with drugs & alcohol, THE OMEN is now on the "up-&-up", the fast track to success. He surrounds himself with sincere people and tries to be a positive force in the lives of those which he calls "friends", which ultimately helps keep him sober.
Contrary to popular belief, DAMIEN does NOT fuck dead hookers or shit all over them, or anything of that nature, DESPITE how much he might try to convince you that he does, and BELIEVE ME, he can be VERY convincing. DO NOT fall for his trickery... dead hookers and shit are 2 extremely unpleasant smells... even worse when they are combined... DAMIEN on the other hand is utterly OBSESSED with cleanliness and stuff that smells nice, so dead hookers and poop are NOT on his menu of fun.
..he does enjoy the fragrance of good insence though.
SO... I guess the question everyone wants to know but is afraid to ask...
*Is DAMIEN the son of "THE DEVIL"?... Is THE OMEN an embodiment of pure EVIL rather than a prohetic sign?...
