About Me

bits about me.....always loved music.... born and raised in west London...went to church every Saturday...learnt how to play the piano...should of taken it more seriously. but i had a very weird old piano teacher... yurrk.. started deejaying... with a uk soundsystem..'leaders of the Old Skool' funk hiphop Boogie Disco soul reggae AND soca... threw the craziest parties.. started taking record collecting seriously....met up with the soulmasters... started making beats..seen the broken beat scene start and grow right in front of my very eyes... broke as hell spent all my money on jazz records... 10,000 records and still counting...2000 formed uprock recordings... went back to Grenada!!...still have never consumed alcohol or smoked... had a baby girl... built a studio... make most of my beats on the London underground on my trusty laptop on my way to work... work full time in a secondary school with kids at risk of exclusion....started jazz refreshed, had some of the greatest talent in London on that stage.. deejaying @ the legendary co-op now... still trying to find time....
