About Me

Played in trad, punk, classical, rock, jazz and folk bands in Adelaide, then Darwin, now Canberra (Australia).During 2007 toured Scotland, Wales, England, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Tasmania and south eastern mainland Australia with Aussie-Gaelic band Eilean Mor.Recently released duo CD with Donagh Quigley ("Tell Her I Was", available from abels.com.au).Bands I've played in include Eilean Mor, Tullamore Dew, Lobotomies Are Go, The Preytells, The Darwin Guitar Quartet, The Hot Firemen, The Australian National Fiddle Orchestra, Annie and the Armadillos, The Phenomenal Reverse Brothers, The University Waits, The Spent Nuclear Rods, Kilmarnock, The Big Jigs, Drum Drum, Grose Martin Whelan, Stringybark Bush Band, The Arafura Ensemble, Sile Na Gig, Duo Fidel Castro, Rat Patrol, Factory, Trial By Funk, The Darwin Symphony Orchestra, Tarantella, Bump and Grind, Duo Guadagnini, Murphy's and The Loose Cannons.
