About Me

ID LIKE TO THANK COPPERDOGS PHOTOGRAPHY FOR ALL OF THE LIVE PHOTO'S ON MY PAGE. CHEERS GUYS!!
Ok, updated biography! Honest, and to the point…
I’m Rob Fisher, a singer/songwriter type from Guildford in Surrey. I use a Taylor 315ce for the guitar’y stuff, and my voice box for the vocals. I also play a Parker Nitefly M when I want things to be more electric, combined with a Digitech GNX4 pedal board and a Line 6 Flextone II Amplifier.
I’ve been playing around the south of England for the last 4 years. Places I’ve visited musically include London, Bath, Bracknell, Guildford, Petersfield, Liphook, Haslemere, Portsmouth, Brighton, Southampton, Chichester, Oxford… I get about.
I’m a fully qualified sound engineer and used to play with big SSL and Neve consoles in studios around London and Surrey, but now I’ve settled in Guildford and own a flat in the middle of town with my lady friend Adele.
I’m in 3 musical projects at the mo…
1, Obviously, solo – its what you’re probably listening to now…
2, I play in an acoustic band called ‘Manu’ – www.mypsace.com/manud
3, I’m also very proud to have been selected to stand alongside a favourite singer/songwriter of mine Mr Andy Wilson-Taylor in a new band he’s putting together called Midgar – www.myspace.com/midgaruk
So that’s me, leave me some love on the comments thing below or send me a message, or something equally lovely!
Rob
