My Interests

I've created this page because PICK-UP is my favorite film AND... I wanted to do something pay tribute to this trippy/enigmatic Drive In classic (and to the people who made it happen). I also hope this page can introduce PICK-UP to folks who haven't had the chance to check it out yet. It would also be damn cool (aka: AMAZING) to come across some of the fine people who were involved in making this awesome cult classic!! UPDATE! About that wanting to come across some of the folks who were part of this film... Well that 'dream' has happened in a BIG WAY!!!! I've had the chance to talk with LOTS of the folks from PICK-UP and all of them have been incredibly cool to me.... MUCH THANKS (as of 10-10-07) to Bernie Hirschenson, Gini Eastwood, Jack Winter, Jerry Kaplan and Allen Long for sharing some time with a longtime fan of their film and for helping make this page SO much better! Now if I could just get in touch with Jill Senter!!!!! :-)
