Well, where do you keep your whistle?

About Me

Born in Texas and raised in Austin. I've been homelss, been hitch-hiking, played inside Glass Domes and at the feet of Great Pyramids. Now I'm an Anthropology student at U.T. making my living with my true passion, music. I have been playing music for most of my life. I was first introduced to Celtic and Renassiance music at Excalibur Fantasy Faire in 1999. That is when I decided to take a break from classical and swing piano and french horn and go in a new direction. Most recently I have added Scandinavian music to my repretoire of celtic, medival, renaissance, and a little middle eastern music. I am primarily a penny whistle player but I also play flute, recorder, mandolin, octave mandolin, guitar, do a little bad singing, and various other instruments as well. I love playing in the traditional maner but I'm really interested in Irish Punk-Rock! I'm currently playing with Shillelagh! I am avalible for shows, studio, and private functions. If you are interested in having me play at a venue near you, or with you, I'd love to hear from you! Myspace Layouts
