STAND-UP COMEDIAN/STAND-UP GUY

About Me

I'm a professional comedian and actor. That's right, middle-aged, balding and financially unstable. (And yes ladies, he's single. Go figure.) I like to travel, cook, go to movies and make love all night long. Of course, now days, it's more cooking and movies than anything. I have had a varied acting career, films, television, stage, commercials. My fondest memories are of the four years I spent protraying "The Pak'Ma'Ra Ambassador" on the sci-fi series, BABYLON 5. The number of friends I've made and the places I've been as a result of being this squid-faced, hump-backed alien are immeasurable. I have been truly blessed. The highlight of my comedy career came in 2004 when I was honored to be a part of a month-long comedy tour of U.S. Military Bases in and around the Middle East. This included theatres of operation within Afghanistan and Iraq. This was the first time I ever needed to wear body armour while performing on stage. It's a good look. I'm thinking of starting to wear it all the time. As a Navy Veteran myself, it was a privilage to be able to bring some relief to our young service men and woman now serving in harm's way. God bless each and everyone of them.To My Stand-up Brothers and Sisters:"Wise up, folks. We're all alone out there and tomorrow we're going out there again." - The Big Chill ____________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________"There are three things in life which are real: God, Human Folly and Laughter The first two are beyond our comprehension So we must do what we can with the third." - JFK ____________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________ Please visit: www.StephenAustin.com Booking Agents and Promoters look me up on: www.StandupShop.com/www.StandupComicsOnline.com/www.ComedySo apbox.com

Richard Jeni 1957-2007

I can't begin to describe my feelings regarding the passing of Ricahrd Jeni. It's too surreal. He was a comic that set a standard for the rest of us. Watching Rich work was like going to school. ...
