Writing about myself feels odd, yet because I am accustomed to feeling odd, I feel quite comfortable telling you that I had a very normal upbringing. I was raised by a pack of wild Dennys waitresses in the Angeles National Forest. At the tender age of twenty-three, they dropped me off on the steps of the world-famous Comedy Store in a very large picnic basket. Soon I was seen by the producers of "Make Me Laugh" and given an opportunity to expose myself regularly to a national audience. Until then, I was exposing myself only where they would let me. Since, I have appeared on "The Simpsons" as myself, and at least thrice I have been an answer in the TV Guide crossword puzzle. Ive been on a bunch of sitcoms and episodic television shows, a few movies, and have had some success with my musical comedy. For two years I was on Fox-TV on "Comic Strip Live" and "Sunday Comics" where I was the resident filmmaker/comedy sketch guy, then moved over to ABC and did the same thing for two years on "Americas Funniest People." I also worked for three years as a consultant on "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" and have written for a lot of television shows. Along the way I got happily married, two wonderful kids, and live in my compound/laboratory in the northern part of Southern California. I tour often and enjoy meeting people who enjoy me. If you see me, say hi and more!
