My Interests

before all political ways of life, before class and race and gender, the earth needs to be seen and heard and fought for. The earth comes first in importance. Don't let your personality fool you into being offended, personalities and words are just clothes. Serve the Earth as she serves you, or you will commit suicide. The Earth does not belong to humans, the Earth and it's animals can survive without people. People cannot survive without it. Such a simple thing. You are either working for life, or you are working for death, as are the polluters of the air and water. I'm not fighting for a cause, I am fighting for my life Charles Manson, who may be the world’s last living philosopher with superior intellect and sustenance, AKA the only mass murderer who never killed ANYONE! The U.S. government lied to you in 1969 and you can be assured they are lying to you now. The U.S. government creates monsters out of thinkers, and heroes out of ignorant, worthless, human filth. I prefer a government who tells the truth even if it is wrong. The U.S. is not the greatest place on earth to live, however there is great potential for ATWA to regain grandeur and cleanse this polluted, degraded land. I stand in complete opposition to the “Helter Skelter” taking place on our streets on a day to day basis, intensified by our breeding populace. I will fight to protect the Air Trees Water and the Animals (ATWA) for as long as I shall live. As long as Mr. Manson is in prison no free thinking American Citizen is really free...I am both intrigued and repulsed by the sometimes incredible beauty and more often vile grotesqueness of the human race (which includes the every day habits that we consider to be so "normal" and "acceptable"). The trees that are here to create oxygen and filter our air are the same ones that we cut down to wipe our ass with, spread lies on,etc. I feel that we, as humans, need to do a much better job at everything. We have the potential to be so much better to and for all life on this planet but have been hijacked by the money mind in the pursuit of material wealth. As long as one person starves and another can fly in his private jet, eating sushi and sipping champagne there is no balance, no justice. Capitalism is a lie sold to the "common" people by the wealthy and it has lasted far too long.

I'd like to meet:

Lynette Fromme A.K.A. Squeaky was born on October 22, 1948 in Santa Monica, California. Her mother, Helen Benzinger Fromme, was a homemaker and her father, William Millar Fromme, was an aeronautical engineer and a graduate of New York University. All of the Fromme children (Lyn, as she has often been called, had two younger siblings) showed great promise as youngsters, but perhaps the one who stood out the most was little, red-haired Lynette. As a child she was one of the star performers in the Westchester Lariats, a local children's dance group led by Dr. J. Tillman Hall. The Lariats became so popular that they were eventually traveling all over the country to give Americans a taste of their singing and dancing routine, performing at such venues as the Lawrence Welk show and even the White House. While young Lyn was a star onstage, however, she was anything but at home. Her father was known to be cold and intimidating, and his treatment of his growing daughter was, by all accounts, very harsh. Eventually he refused to speak to her or even to be in the same room with her. There have been allegations that his cruelty extended to physical and sexual abuse, as well, though Fromme herself has denied this. In any case, her relationship with Daddy no doubt had an effect on her turbulent adolescence. Upon moving to the LA suburb of Redondo Beach in 1963, Lyn's grades began to suffer and she started drinking and abusing drugs. After barely graduating in 1966 she moved out of her parents' home and was supporting herself. After only a few months, though, her newfound freedom eneded at her father's insistence. She enrolled at El Camino Junior College and had only been there for a couple of months when a final argument with her father left her out on the streets with no place to go. With her schoolbooks, mascara, and curlers in hand, she ran to her boyfriend's house. Upon discovering that he was not home, she decided to head up to Venice Beach. After all, it was 1967 and things were "happening" there. Once she got there, she sat down on a bench by the beach and began crying. Almost immediately, she was approached by a small, somewhat grubby man; his name was Charles Manson.Lyn was amazed by Charlie's philosophies and attitudes about life; she felt that he was the first person who liked her for her and didn't expect anything out of her. Their talk was so enlightening that she ended up leaving with Charlie and never turning back. Even as Manson's menage grew exponentially, Lyn held a special place in the family hierarchy. It was she who was appointed to be George Spahn's caregiver when the Family decided to crash at the octogenarian's horse ranch. Spahn, in turn, was always very fond of her, affectionately giving her the nickname that was to forever stick: Squeaky. After Charlie was arrested for torching a Michigan loader in October 1969, Squeaky came even further to the forefront of the Family. She and fellow Mansonite Sandra Good rented a motel room in Independence, California, where they acted as Charlie's "eyes and ears," doing everything within their power to secure his release. That all fell through, though, when he was arraigned for the Tate deal in December. It was at this point that the freckle-faced gamine became what prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi has dubbed "the unofficial leader of the Family in Charlie's absence." She was by far the most visible of "Charlie's girls," delivering interviews in her tiny, lilting voice and almost always kneeling on the corner of Broadway and Temple, setting the example for the rest of the X'd-outs.Not long after Manson et al were convicted, Squeaky set up house with younger Manson follower Nancy Pitman in Stockton, California, not far from Sacramento. Living with them were a couple of ex-cons by the names of Michael Monfort and James Craig and a young couple, James and Lauren Willett. When the Willetts ended up dead within a few days of each other, the cops took the hellish housemates into custody. The charges wouldn't stick to Squeaky, though; lack of evidence set her free. This left Fromme free to eventually rent an apartment in Sacramento with her old buddy Sandy Good. It was around this period that the two started wearing long, hooded robes and swore off the freewheeling lifestyle that had for so long been associated with Manson followers. They were now "nuns," they said, in Manson's new religion. Manson, like any good cult leader, even gave them new color names to symbolize their allegiance: red-haired Lynette was now Red and blue-eyed Sandra was... you guessed it... Blue.A big part of Charlie's new faith was emphasis on saving the environment at all costs. Red has said that this is what led her to go to Sacramento's Capitol Park on the morning of September 5, 1975. No matter her reasoning (she has also said she did it to get Manson a new trial) Squeaky ended up pointing a .45 Colt automatic at then-President Ford, who was fortuitous enough to have been visiting California's capitol that day. Within three months little Squeaky had been tried and convicted of attempting to assassinate the President, although many doubt that she actually wanted to kill him. After all, there were no bullets in the gun's firing chamber. Had Red meant to simply get Ford's attention (as she has often claimed) or was she just ditzy enough to forget to pull back the slide, (which would inject bullets into the chamber)? The world may never know.Several incidents have kept the still-faithful Fromme from fading into obscurity. In the late 1970's, she was transferred out of the women's prison in Pleasanton, California (also home to Patty Hearst at that time) for attacking fellow inmate Julienne Busic with the claw end of a hammer. Then, on December 23, 1987, she escaped from her next place of residence, the Alderson Federal Penitentiary in Alderson, West Virginia. Having heard grist from the jailhouse rumor mill that Manson had testicular cancer, Red had wanted to go see him one last time. She didn't get very far, though; she was captured two days later, wandering around soaking wet in the woods. She is now serving out the rest of her sentence in Carswell, Texas and will be eligible for parole in 2005. She has never renounced Manson.Susan Atkins AKA.Sadie Mae Glutz was born on May 7, 1948 in San Gabriel, California, to a lower middle-class family. Her father was a construction worker and her mother took various odd jobs (such as doing surveys over the telephone) to help support Susan and her two brothers. When Susan was still very young, the family moved to northern California, living in San Francisco suburb of Millbrae, and, after that, San Jose.By all accounts hers was not exactly an idyllic childhood. Both of her parents were alcoholics and often got into violent conflicts with one another. Susan has also claimed that she was molested by her older brother and some of his friends. To top it all off, her mother died of cancer when Susan was just fifteen. After Mrs. Atkins's death, Susan's father sank deeper and deeper into depression and alcoholism and eventually left her and her younger brother Steven in the care of an aunt. It was around this time that Susan quit school and headed for San Francisco, barely subsisting on a series of dead-end jobs and associating with the likes of drug addicts and car thieves. When she was eighteen she got a job as a topless dancer at the Kandy Kat club in San Francisco; perhaps her biggest "accomplishment" during this period was dancing topless in a pseudo-Satanic revue staged by none other than Anton LaVey. Her success was short-lived, though; her drug use and promiscuity landed her in a hospital for several months with a nasty case of the clap. This did not deter Susan from her free-wheeling lifestyle, though. Soon after she was released from the hospital she moved into a commune in Haight-Ashbury right next door to Janis Joplin. The group's main source of income was from selling narcotics, and thus Susan was supplied with a steady stream of the drugs that she had grown so dependent on. Her appetite for sex and drugs had been satiated; apparently, though, there was still something that she was missing. She came to believe that the answer that she had been looking for came to her in the form of a grubby, thirty-two-year-old ex-convict named Charles Manson. She met him one day while he was visiting friends at her pad in the Haight. She was the fourth girl to join the growing "Family" and hopped on the group's black bus without a moment's hesitation. Little did she know what kind of a ride she was in for...Susan traveled with the group up and down the West Coast before they finally settled in a house in Los Angeles's Topanga Canyon. The building soon proved too small for the burgeoning Family, though, and Susan says that it was she who secured the use of a run-down movie ranch as the main setting for their Magical Mystery Tour (This fact has been widely disputed, though; many sources maintain that Sandra Good was actually the one who made possible the use of Spahn's Ranch, and a few people have even said that it was Lynette Fromme. ).These early, pre-murder days were saturated with dope and orgies, and Sadie (as she was now called by Manson, utilizing the clever cultic name-change tactic)was by all accounts one of the most enthusiastic participants in the festivities. It was around this time that she became pregnant; she has said that the father was a short-term Family member by the name of Bruce Hall. Her son, dubbed Zezozose Zadfrack by Manson, was born on October 7, 1968 in one of the run-down shacks on the ranch. Everyone in the group participated in the delivery, right down to Charlie tying the umbilical cord with a guitar string.Motherhood didn't do anything to soften Sadie's outrageous tendencies, though, and she willingly lapped up Charlie's talk of Helter Skelter during the next several months. Charlie told his girls that to kill someone was to give them life, and Sadie took his message right to heart. One time she even offered an ax to a ranch visitor, telling him to go ahead and kill her. With all this being said, it is not surprising that Sadie was involved in the first Family-related killing. In July of 1969, she and Mary Brunner accompanied Family member (or associate, depending on whom who ask) Robert Beausoleil to the home of one Gary Hinman, a music teacher who had befriended the group and even let members stay with him when times were rough.Charlie, apparently convinced that Gary had recently come into a large sum of money, sent Beausoleil to get Hinman to share some of his wealth, including the pink slips to his vehicles. When Hinman refused, things got ugly fast. The three Mansonites held a gun on him for three days, when Bobby finally stabbed him and suffocated him with a pillow, adding the Helter-Skelteresque touch of writing "Political Piggy" in blood on the wall.Apparently Sadie's first taste of murder hadn't turned her stomach that much, as only weeks later she accompanied cohorts Charles "Tex" Watson, Patricia Krenwinkel, and Linda Kasabian to the doomed mansion at 10050 Cielo Drive in the Benedict Canyon area of LA. Once the group had broken into the house, it was Sadie who rounded up pregnant actress Sharon Tate, her former fiance Jay Sebring, and her friend and temporary housemate, Abigail Folger, bringing them into the room where Tex was with Folger's boyfriend, Voytek Frykowski. Sadie then tied Frykowski's hands with a towel from the bathroom. He struggled free, though, and began fighting with Sadie. Before Tex chased him out onto the lawn, Sadie managed to stab him in the legs.It is also believed that she managed to stab Sharon Tate, as well, although Sadie herself now denies this. Whether or not her knife actually penetrated the blond beauty, Atkins had readily admitted that she held Sharon down so Tex could stab her, responding to her cries for mercy with an utterly unsympathetic "Look, bitch, I don't care a thing about you. You're going to die and there's nothing you can do about it." When the massacre was all over, it was Sadie who wrote "Pig" on the house's front door with Tate's blood. If she had any qualms of conscience immediately following the murders, she sure didn't show it. When the group arrived back at Spahn's, Sadie bubbled over with tales of the night's events, adding that "Boy, it sure was Helter Skelter." As she and other Family members watched the killings being described on the news the following day, she laughed and giggled. It was perhaps this coldness that made her a candidate for accompanying Charlie and other members on a second murder spree the following night. After dropping Watson, Krenwinkel, and Leslie Van Houten off at the LaBianca residence in Los Feliz, he sent Atkins, Kasabian, and Steven Grogan to the home of actor Saladin Nader. The attempt on his life was thwarted by Linda's knocking on the wrong door in his apartment building. Sadie ever-so-delicately responded to the evening's events by taking a crap on the building's staircase. In September of 1969 Sadie and her baby accompanied the Family out to the remote Barker Ranch in Death Valley. It was there that the gang was arrested for auto theft on October 10 and 12, 1969. While they were in the Inyo County Jail in Independence, California, off-and-on Family member Kathryn Lutesinger implicated her in the Hinman murder, for which Beausoleil had already been arrested. Atkins was shipped down to Sybil Brand in Los Angeles. It was there that she regaled her cellmates with tales of Helter Skelter, leading to Manson's arraignment and the arrests of Watson, Krenwinkel, and Kasabian in December of 1969. The Magical Mystery had screeched to an abrupt end.Although Sadie initially cooperated with the prosecution, when it came time for trial she was right there by Charlie's side. She, Manson, Van Houten and Krenwinkel were tried together for first-degree murder(Tex was still fighting extradition in his home state of Texas and Linda was being granted immunity), starting on June 15, 1970. The group did everything they could to make a complete spectacle of the courtroom. The girls lifted their skirts up, sang "The Old Gray Mare", chanted in Latin, carved "X" marks into their foreheads and ultimately shaved their heads as signs of solidarity. Their behavior didn't help them any, though; all of them were sentenced to death on March 29, 1971.A California state law forbidding the death penalty spared the group from the gas chamber the following year. Atkins spent her first several years at the California Institution for Women in relative isolation, remaining loyal to Charlie but feeling cut off from fellow Family members for being a "snitch." Her outlook soon changed, though, when she began receiving letters from former member Bruce Davis. Davis had recently become a born-again Christian and he was key in Susan's decision to become a Christian in September 1974.Leslie Louise Van Houten was born on August 23, 1949 in Los Angeles, California. By all accounts, her auctioneer father and schoolteacher mother were doting, altruistic parents who did everything they could for young Leslie and her brother Paul; their kindess showed even further when they adopted two Korean orphans years later. When Jane and Paul Van Houten divorced, though, Leslie took it extremely hard and immediately started going down a destructive path. She began dating classmate Robert Mackie and became sexually active at age fourteen. She became pregnant that same year and had an abortion; she also began experimenting heavily with LSD, dropping acid with her boyfriend at least once a week. Upon graduating from Monrovia High School in 1967, she enrolled in sceretarial school. It was during this period that Leslie, always prone to extremes, became a self-proclaimed "nun" in the Self-Realization Fellowship, a sect that focused on spiritual betterment through yoga techniques.Leslie soon tired of the nun thing, though, and at the age of 18 began wandering around California, seeking fulfillment in sex and drugs. Her travels led her to cross paths with handsome musician Bobby Beausoleil in 1968; the soon became lovers but Leslie still felt empty inside. When she heard of Manson through Beausoleil friend Catherine Share (or Family member Paul Watkins, according to his book) she immediately went to go meet the man in person. It didn't take long for her to become a believer.Despite her big smile and model-good looks, Leslie remained somewhat distant from Manson himself. She was never one of his favorites; even Charlie has said that she was more "Tex's girl" than his. Perhaps this sense of isolation was what led Leslie to try to "prove herself" to the Family on August 10, 1969 by accompanying Manson and several others on a second night of murder following the horrific massacre of five people on the 9th. Around two in the morning Manson dropped off Leslie, Charles Watson and Patricia Krenwinkel to the home of grocery chain owner Leno LaBianca and his shop owner wife Rosemary.Once inside the house Van Houten and Krenwinkel took 38-year-old Rosemary into the master bedroom, put a pillowcase over her head, and wrapped an electrical cord around her neck. Leslie then held the petrified woman down and watched as first Krenwinkel and then Watson stabbed her numerous times. After Watson was done, he told Leslie to stab the woman... and stab her she did, sixteen times in the back. Van Houten has said that she thought Mrs. LaBianca was already dead at the time but was not sure. Whatever the case may have been, there is no doubt that she was dead once Leslie was finished with her. After a California state law overturned her death sentence in 1972, Leslie began to slowly separate herself from Manson's influence. She began taking college course and wrote prolifically. One of her short stories was even published in an anthology of prisoners' writings called "Prose and Cons" in 1976. For a short time she was engaged to the book's editor, an fellow criminal by the name of Frank Earl Andrews.patricia krenwinkel A.K.A. Katie, as she was known in the Family, was part of the death squads sent to Cielo Drive and the LaBianca house in Los Feliz. After butchering Leno and Rosemary LaBianca, Katie, in a stroke of evil brilliance, carved the word "WAR" on the stomach of the dead man using a fork. When police discovered his body the next day the fork was still protruding from his gut. When Charles "Tex" Watson entered the Cierlo Drive home of Sharon Tate and Roman Polanski he said, "I'm the devil. I'm here to do the devil's business." And that's exactly what he did. All victims died of gunshots and multiple stab wounds coming mainly from Tex's knife. Abigail Folger was stabbed 21 times. Voityck Frykowski was shot once and stabbed 51 times. Jay Seebring was shot twice and stabbed six times. Steven Parent was shot three times. Sharon Tate was stabbed 16 times. When the heat came down Tex ran to his home in Texas. There he was arrested and extradited to California. While awaiting trial he lost fifty pounds and was unable to communicate or feed himself. He reached an acute state of psychosis and was sent to the Atascadero State Hospital. Once his health improved he was tried, found guilty and sentenced to death. A year later the Supreme Court abolished the death penalty and Tex's mental instability improved rapidly. He found God and devoted himself to praising the lord with the same fervor he once wallowed in the blood of his victims. A changed man, Tex has become a preacher, a husband and a father (thanks to conjugal visiting rights). He hopes to be released soon on parole so he can preach the word of the law.]
