My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Writers, readers, artists from any genre. In general, anyone who asks the big question, "Why am I here?"

Books:

Recently, while surfing MySpace in search of some new, interesting voices in music and fiction, I stumbled across the site of “dodinsky,” a self-professed writer of “simple pieces.” On his site, I found a wonderful short poem that I knew would make the perfect epigraph for my 3rd novel, THANK YOU FOR ALL THINGS (Oct.'08 Random House). I’m happy to announce that dodinsky has given me permission to allow “Humble Beginnings” to grace the opening page of this book. Do stop by his site (http://www.myspace.com/dodinsky) and read more of his work. Thank you dodinsky!

Heroes:

Anyone who dares to live bravely
