About Me

Michael Barnard has been painting since the age of 14. Over the 30 odd years of painting he has developed, not only his own unique style, but an individual insight into the world around him. He is influenced by the old Masters' techniques and understanding of the dynamics of a composition. He has transferred this knowledge into a contemporary view of the society that we live in. Michael has been exhibiting across Australia since he was 16 and has paintings in private collections throughout the world. His work is not a passive piece of interior decoration. Each piece inspires contemplation and can hold a mirror up to one's own view on life.To view a more extensive range of his work or arrange a commission - be it personal or corporate - please don't hesitate to contact him through this site.Profile Edited by SpaceProfile.net MySpace EditorPLEASE NOTE: If you would like to post one of the paintings on your MySpace page or website, please contact this site first! If you would like to use one of the paintings to create wallpaper, graphics, or myspace layouts, please contact us before doing so! Thank you!
