PJ Brandao

I discovered jazz in my 20’s while at University studying chemical engineering. At that time I use to play the flute… I stared attending a jazz combo weekly. A couple of years later I met Paulo Gomes who started to teach me some Jazz theory… After finishing my degree and after a couple of years working as an Engineer I decided to buy an alto sax and dedicate myself to it! I’ve had lessons from Paulo Gomes (thank you!), Mario Santos, José Luis Rego, and lately from Frank Vaganée in Belgium.
