About Me

i live in the wonderful city of brighton with my three incredible young sons and lots of amazing friends. i run a website www.rawliving.co.uk,and i am the author of the uk's best selling raw foods book, eat smart, eat raw. my second book, raw living, came out in july 2007. my third book, raw magic, the world's first superfood recipe book, is out now. we were the first people to produce raw chocolate bars in the uk, and i am the proud parent of hi-crunch, whoosh, be the change, bullet ride, hi-lovers, hi-trail, magic mix and sunseeds. whoda thought the revolution would come in a chocolate bar? we had the raw magic shop in brighton from march-december 2006. i home educate my children, which is empowering, liberating and very expansive, for me as much as for them.i love yoga in the garden, dancing in the rain, and swimming in the sea. i write lots; about raw foods & superfoods, about the magical times we are living in, and about love. i'm also writing a book about the original london rave scene and how it seeded a revolution "88" (myspace.com/88realovution), and a book with shazzie "ecstatic beings" (see myspace.com/ecstaticbliss).i sincerely believe we all have the power within us to make the world a better place, that a huge shift is happening on the planet, and a brighter day is just around the corner. i'm very excited about life, can you tell?
