I spend as much time as I can in nature or in the garden... and spend a lot of time on the computer too.... I have four fantastic children of varying ages. I stay aware of energetic sensations and follow my intuition as far as possible. I love nearly everything I do and am passionate about the shifting of the consciousness of this planet to a state we would all like to be in. Personally I have found that what i eat and drink makes a phenomenal difference along with a load of other things.
