They form the band with the intent to create a project that merge the spirit from the progressive rock bands of the ’70 and the sound of the third millenium.
2002
Is released the first album of the band, "The Book of Dreams", a concept dedicated to the writer Jules Verne. The vocal parts of the album are been committed to Vic Fraja, Matteo Setti and Bernardo Lanzetti (ex Acqua Fragile and P.F.M.).
2003
Bernardo Lanzetti become permanent collaborator of the band, he start composing the lyrics for the second album.
2005
"Lycanthrope" is out, between the guests stars, David Jackson, saxophonist of Van Der Graaf Generator.
2008
Enzo left the band,due to impossibility for him to follow the project.
We thank him so much for great friendship and fundamental contribution
to Mangala’s music,hoping he’ll work whith us again in future.
Meanwhile we give a great welcome to Matteo Stocchino,
who will take Enzo’s place ..boards.
At the moment Mangala Vallis are working in composing and recording
new songs for the new album.
