Phil Dearing and Simon Strevens met in 1998, and decided to bring a small splash of colour to their grey South London world, and in spite of other band names suggested (The Sons Of Garbo anyone?), Still was formed.
9 years, 3 (and a half) albums and 4 tours later, they're about to release their first new material in 3 years.
Not a great deal has changed them over the years; Strevens is still the adventurous world traveller, ready to meet new horizons with glee.
Dearing however, has recently become a bit of a recluse, although he is apparently looking forward to the recording of new material and possible live forays with some relish. We shall see!!
