Let me personally thank each and everyone one of you for all the nice emails, letters and cards over the new release of LOW CARB SINFULLY DELICIOUS DESSERTS. It has been so much fun going to all the book signings and interviews. After hurricane Jeannie in 2004 destroyed my Pastry Shop in Florida, I decided to move from the big city and settle in a small country setting here in Tennessee. The people have opened their hearts to me. There is so much to see and do here. Being that I've lived most of my life in Florida, it's a real treat to wake up and see the sun rising over the mountains every morning. Between all the high profile wedding cakes and specialty cakes for the stars, my days seem to be getting shorter and shorter. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions or you just want to say hi... Remember, You only have one life to live on this crazy earth, so enjoy each moment and each other...Take the time to breathe and listen.

Look how "YOUNG" I was with Emeril. No furry lip and so serious. It was the start of an incredible journey in this crazy culinary world. Just being in Emeril's presence was all it took for me to know that I would be in this genre forever..

What does one say about Alton Brown? Other than he's as ZANY in person as he is on TV. Alton has this wacky way about him and he can't stand still for 2 seconds, but we all love him.
