THIS HUMBLE GENTLEMAN IS WHAT MAKES ME LOVE MY PROFESSION AS A COMPENSATION MANAGER.I LOVE being a Compensation Manager because I like helping people who LOVE their profession and to express their passion for it within the Company. I like to help people feel appreciated with their “first loveâ€, compensation management is a BIG PART of that! This “humble guy†who works at a car phone warehouse has the true talent of a Pavarotti. God has TRULY BLESSED him with an unbelievable talent and he deserves to take it as far as it will take him!ENJOY!! WATCH OUT FOR THOSE BUCKETS OF TEARS!!"Arthur", I get such a kick out of Dudley Moore.
