I have a sausage and ravioli shop where I make kick ass sausages, check out the fiery foods show Scovie Awards, I swept the sausage category three years running.In addition to making inventive combinations for sausage, like Sausage Centurion or my original Jamaican Jerk sausage, Garlic Habanero Hot Link, CrazyHott Italian, Curry Sausage, Cilantro Sausage, Irish Bangers, spanish Xorizo, Joe S. Bratwurst, Andouille, and a few more original recipe sausages.I make some real goood ravioli's, shweet!! The sausage demand has increased, meaning that I had to redirect resources , mainly my time, into sausage production, so for now, the ravioli is not available, I will be forthcoming w/ more ravioli availability info, keep rockin'!!Working on making a local quasisemibalsamic vinegar.Always joining forces with local craft brewers.I have 2 really cool dogs, check my pics, I gained 25 pounds in the past year due to eating my experiments, those are some tasty experiments, especially with some cold beers, but I'm making a comeback!!
