_We are a Roots Sound System that play all kinds of riddims from Revival Roots, Rockers, Steppers, Dub, Studio One, Ska, New Roots, One Drop to Conscious Dancehall - but we only play tunes that carry a message about H.I.M., peace, love, unity, equal rights, justice or anything positive. Strictly NO slackness, gunman or bad man tunes. We have dubplate specials from some heartical artists but we are NOT about Sound Clashing, Sound killing or the hype. Just playing positive vibes with messages to dance and enjoy yourself too.

In the last couple of years MIGHTY JANHOY sound have played in Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland and Australia. We are partly based in London (UK) and La Linea (Spain) where one of the sound runs a clothes shop called REBEL LION (C/Las Floras 21, near Mercado Central)
